We are seeking an experienced Board Assembly Integration Specialist to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in the assembly, integration, and testing of our cutting-edge photonics products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and integrate electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
2. Perform manual soldering and automated machine operations as required.
3. Troubleshoot and repair defects in PCBs during the assembly process.
4. Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
5. Participate in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
6. Maintain clean and orderly work areas in compliance with safety regulations.
7. Document work processes and maintain records of assembly and testing activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical diploma or equivalent experience in Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with PCB assembly and electronic component integration.
3. Proficiency in soldering and handling of sensitive electronic components.
4. Familiarity with photonic devices is a plus.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
6. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
