We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physicist / Electro-Optics Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design, development, and testing of electro-optical devices and systems, as well as the integration of these systems into our broader product line.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, model, and test electro-optical components and systems.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and develop solutions.
3. Optimize optical system performance through analysis, feedback, and improvement cycles.
4. Contribute to product development from conception to final product.
5. Document all product development procedures and create technical manuals for product users.
6. Remain updated with the latest advancements in photonics and electro-optics.
7. Provide technical support to customers and the sales team as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Physics, Optics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Demonstrated experience in optics, photonics, or a closely related field.
3. Solid understanding of optical design and modeling software such as Zemax, Code V, or similar.
4. Familiarity with photonic devices and optical communication systems.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
