We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a vital role in communicating with clients and providing technical insights into our photonics product range to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with our sales team to introduce, demonstrate, and promote our photonic products to potential customers.
2. Analyze customers’ needs and recommend appropriate photonic solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Provide technical assistance to clients during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
5. Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to ensure that customer needs are effectively translated into product specifications.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and product advancements.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or a similar customer-facing role in a technical environment.
3. Comprehensive understanding of photonic devices and systems.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to a varied audience.
6. Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
7. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
